7/23/10 - 1.65 miles total
               1.0 miles running
                 .65 walking

7/21/10 - 2.5 miles total
                1.5 miles running
                1.0 miles walking

7/20/10 - 3.1 miles total
               2.0 miles running
               1.1 miles brisk walking

7/14/10 - work out with personal trainer

7/9/10 -  1.0 miles total
                .75 running
                .25 brisk walking

7/7/10 -  Worked out with personal trainer.

7/2/10 - 1.5 miles Total
               .50 running
             1.00 brisk walking


6/30/10 -  2.0 miles Total
                 .60 running
               1.50 brisk walk
